Healthy Exercises for Senior Citizens

Healthy exercises for senior citizens. Classes are held in the East Preston Village Hall. They all include tea and coffee afterwards for £3.50. Mondays 1-2.30 pm, Wednesdays 10-11.30am and Thursdays 10-11.15am. Come and join us, beginners welcome.
