Errances avec une Tigresse - Le Front Ouest

We start the academic year in a new venue with a fascinating talk in French about The Path of Peace, the historic route along WW1's Western Front. Tonight's speaker rode his Triumph Tiger motorbike across some of Europe's most beautiful scenery from Switzerland to Belgium and the talk is a homage to those who fought and died for their countries.   We are a friendly group of Francophiles who meet every second Tuesday of the month. All levels of French are welcome and there will be visuals to help. Chat and social starts at 7.15 with the talk starting at 7.30.  Visitors (£5 a visit).
