Ferring Community Cinema will be showing their next film, ‘Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere’ on Friday 10th April 2026.
This biopic chronicles the period in the 1980s when Springsteen is on the cusp of global superstardom and struggles to reconcile the pressures of success with the ghosts of his past as he records the album “Nebraska”. The album marked a pivotal time in his life and is considered one of his most enduring works.
Reviews praise Jeremy Allen White’s “amazing” and “tormented” performance, and this is a must-see for all Springsteen/music fans.
The film will be showing at Ferring Village Hall. Tickets are £6 and available at the North Ferring Co-Op, the Premier Stores in South Ferring, and on the door on the night. Ticket price includes tea, coffee or a soft drink, and biscuits. Doors open at 6.30 pm for a prompt 7.00 pm start.
Ferring Community Cinema is a not-for-profit organisation with profits donated to Ferring Village Hall and other charities.
