Description
The Angmering on Sea Estate is a collection of 335 homes built up since the early 1900s. The Residents’ Association (AOSERA) was formed to manage and protect the interests of the residents, including providing street lighting, maintenance of the estate’s roads, maintenance of the common verges, and to uphold the estate’s covenants.
The members of the AOSERA board are all volunteers and meet every two months to discuss and decide on matters concerning the management of the estate. We always welcome new members to join, so please contact our secretary, Tracey Down, if you are interested in doing so.
